FacebookStraphangers were in for a grave surprise on Saturday morning, October 18 when they discovered the body of a man who had hanged himself at Avenue U’s N line subway station in Gravesend.
According to cops, the man – reportedly in his early 20s – was found hanging by a “heavy duty rope,” just after 3:30 a.m. The rope was reportedly tied to the staircase on the Manhattan-bound side of the platform and discovered by riders.
The man, whose name has not been released, was declared dead at the scene. According to cops, suicide is suspected.
